Cat Adoption Return Policy

As of September 14, 2014, due to the limited number of volunteer foster home spots for adult cats we have had to update and amend our Return Cat Policy. This new policy supersedes any previous return policies or contracts.
The adoption fee is not refundable after the trial period stated above has passed. If after 30 days from date of adoption and with certain conditions warranting, you need to return your adopted cat please contact a MARF representative. Since MARF does not have a shelter/facility the returned cat may be placed back into our foster program when a foster space becomes available, until then you are responsible for your cat. We cannot accept "walk-in" returns or requests at our adoption events without prior coordination. All vetting must be current and up to date to include annual exam, feline distemper shot and rabies.
